Career Information

There is currently a critical shortage of Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists (COMS). Successful graduates of this program can expect to find excellent employment opportunities in various settings, including state and federal agencies, health and wellness organizations, and public and private schools.

Graduates of the UMass Boston O&M program are currently employed in a variety of professional settings, including:
