Gray Consulting and Therapy has an opening for a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments to work with students ages 3-21 in southern New Hampshire and/or northeastern Massachusetts. We offer an environment where you will be able to work not only with other Vision Specialists, but with specialists in the areas of Assistive Technology and Augmentative and Alternative Communication to collaborate as a team and better support the goals of your students.
We can offer as many or as few hours as you would like both remotely and in a school setting. You would have opportunities to travel among our various school districts or focus on one larger district depending on your availability. The flexibility and opportunities are endless!
- Provide TVI evaluation and consultation services to students with visual impairments and additional educational disabilities ages 3-21 at various local school districts and special education schools.
- Provide services as part of the expanded core curriculum.
- Provide goals, accommodations, and program recommendations for students’ IEPs.

A Master of Vision Studies degree and Certification as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments is required. Dual certification in TVI and O&M is a bonus. Licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire preferred.
If dual certified in TVI/COMS, the position would include O&M instruction for teachers and students.
